PETITION FOR MODIFICATION OF CUSTODY
AGREEMENT

1. The Petitioner, Father, respectfully represents
that on February 16, 2005, by agreement of the
parties, an Order of Court issued regarding
custody and partial custody of the parties’ child;
a true and correct copy of which is attached.

2. This Agreement should be modified because:

a) the child desires to reside with the father and
has threatened to run away from the mother’s
home; and

b) the mother stifles the child’s social
development.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that this
Honorable Court schedule a conciliation on the
issue of custody and enter an Order granting the
Defendant primary physical custody of his child.
